Granges represented and about 150 persons in attendance. Lbwthrop Hall, the place of meet iug, was nicely decorated, and ornamented with agricultural implements, &o. H. R Bryan. Esq., was Presidentj and the! Vice-presidents one from each Grange, a. tu. Nash, Esq., Secretary, and Mr. W. N.sNebrn Assistant Secretary. The address of welcome was made by Rev. J. S. Long, Speeches were made by H B. BryanjJEsq., George Z.French, Esq., Dr. W.J.Jones and W. A. Sampson, 'L'u The whole affair wa3 much enjoyed, we learn from participants, and the appearance of the Patrons creditable on our streets, although no parade was had, owing to the inclemency of the weather.
